Item: FA301  * NEW *
Description: Early Archaic Corner Notch - This is a beautiful Archaic form.  It is made of Carter Cave Chert.  It has a needle tip and perfect symmetry.  I have not isolated the typology........ it may be a Russell Cave, or a small Stilwell, or a fine Bakers Creek, or something else.  It does not really matter, because it is just fine as an Great Archaic Corner Notch.  (*note - someone applied a bit of clear fingernail polish to one side that I have not removed.  This can be remove with acetone - see photos)  It was found in Clark County, KY.  Ex- Monty Pennington
